Brazen Hair Academy was born from a simple frustration: the best barbers in Scotland weren't trained that way. They were self-taught, learned from YouTube, or stumbled through years of trial and error before they found their feet.
Founded by Eachan Maciver, a barber with over ten years behind the chair. Brazen Men's Hair grew into Edinburgh's highest-rated barbershop brand within three years, earning hundreds of five-star reviews, attracting some of Scotland's most talented barbers, and hosting Edinburgh's top barbering events. But the more he grew, the clearer the problem became.
There was no fast, practical, world-class route into the trade in Scotland. No course that combined genuine hands-on skill with international educator access and real business knowledge. So he built one.
